    Travel Reimbursement Details

    The best way to experience Columbia is to visit. In an effort to make that possible for you, we will reimburse your gas, flights, and rideshares for a one night's stay on campus, provided you send eligible receipts within 30 days of your visit. Additionally, we offer on campus accommodations, provided space is available.

    While we welcome anyone who would like to accompany you, please note that reimbursements are only available to you as a prospective student.

    Please also note that travelers must be coming from within the continental United States and that those who reside in the Atlanta Metro Region (Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, and Rockdale counties) are not eligible for reimbursements.

    Finally, you may upload up to three receipts for reimbursement below. If you have more than three files, please combine them into a single PDF or ZIP file before submitting. Please note that eligible expenses include gas, flights, and rideshares.
